All services are designed to assist individuals in personal growth and transformation.

Life coaches are not therapists, or counsellors.

3. Booking and Payment
To secure your booking, you may be required to pay a deposit or the full fee upfront, as detailed on our website.
Payment methods accepted include payment through our website or direct debit.
All payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in our cancellation policy.

4. Cancellation and Rescheduling Policy
Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance to avoid cancellation fees.
If you need to reschedule, please contact us as soon as possible to arrange a new date.
We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule appointments, if necessary, in which case we will notify you promptly.

5. Client Responsibilities
You agree to provide accurate information during the booking process and to engage in the coaching process with a willingness to participate fully. You understand that your progress depends on your commitment to the process.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. Any personal information shared during coaching sessions will remain confidential, except where disclosure is required by law.
